For more than a decade I had managed lending divisions for various banks and was responsible for over a billion dollars in annual residential production. Unlike most loan officers who just work off a preset list of documents to collect, not even understanding why they are asking for the information, my 30 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry allows me the unique ability to look at a mortgage transaction from a lender’s risk perspective.
