Tate Stringer

Tate has been a real estate mortgage professional for the past 20 years. He graduated in 1991 from San Diego State University with Bachelor of Science degree in business and economics.   Upon graduation, he moved from San Diego to the South Bay, where he started his career in the real estate industry. His first three years in the industry were spent at Keller Williams Realty, where he learned all the important aspects of becoming a successful Realtor. Having a business finance background, he quickly gravitated toward the mortgage side of the business, where he has spent the past 16 years of his career, joining the mortgage family at American-California Financial in 2016. Tate has both his salesperson and broker’s license from the California Department of Real Estate, while also holding his professional mortgage license with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Tate’s passion and reputation in the mortgage industry was built around finding mortgage solutions for clients that have challenges obtaining home financing. He prides himself in being able to find a lending solution for every client.  He currently resides in Manhattan Beach, CA with his wife and two young daughters, where they enjoy traveling and the family beach life.
