I was born and raised in the South Bay area and have degree in finance from Long Beach State University.  I have always prided myself on earning clients for life and have committed myself continually build my product knowledge and refine the mortgage process so as to best serve my clients.

With the multitude of changes in the mortgage industry recently, it is more imperative than ever to work with a seasoned and licensed professional.  With 23 years of lending experience, I put that knowledge to work to ensure my clients are receiving the best overall mortgage to meet their objective.

I’m committed to providing my clients with lowest cost mortgage over time and review many variables before making any recommendations. 

Moreover, I appreciate the fact that there are related parties to the transaction that are to be served as well.  The real estate agents need to be well informed on the progress of the financing so they can best serve their clients as well.  For this reason, we implement a weekly status call in addition to immediate alerts at all important milestones.  We work to keep everyone as informed as they want to be.
